Hi, I’m Daphne. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Seattle, Washington. I work with a range of teens to adults virtually across Washington state.

I believe that the most important, and most effective, aspect of therapy is the ability to become vulnerable with your clinician and that means I need to earn your trust. If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or unsure, I believe I might be able to help.
