What to expect in session?
Most of our session will be a conversation. I cannot guarantee a ‘miracle cure’ to your ailments, but we will be in constant collaboration in session to identify yours strengths and appropriate modifications that can be implemented in your life that will inform our work together and support your needs to improve your mental health.
Do you take insurance?
I do accept some insurances. I have partnered with Mindful Therapy Group for billing for insurance. To see if your insurance is accepted please feel free to contact them at 425-640-7009 X1 or e-mail them at: intake@mindfulsupportservices.com
I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Reach out to your insurer if you aren’t sure if you have out-of-network benefits.
I also accept private pay clients.

My current availability is Thursday - Saturday from 7am-12pm.
